once logged in, you can enable or disable groups which grant you permissions.
other programs can see which groups you have enabled, but not who you are.
there is a group to bypass the rate limit, groups to access non-public parts of the site,
and groups which give you specific abilities in various tools.
how to get an account
enter your desired password and try to log in. you will get an error message with
a random salt and the resulting hash. send this to me with your desired username(s)
and i can create an account for you. let me know which groups you need,
as i also need to enable those for every user.
